Applied AI & production inference systems
Builds the inference systems that ship as Kataleptic. Spends his days arguing with token counters and his nights writing eval harnesses that nobody asked for. Operates from Vienna.
DuguetLabs is what happens when three siblings — each working a different edge of the technology stack — pool their hours, their instincts, and their stubbornness into a single workshop. We've spent the last decade-plus building production systems that other people end up depending on. This is what we make when we work together.

Working in three different stacks — inference, spatial perception, and [the third edge] — forces a particular kind of honesty. We can't hide a weak idea behind one specialty's jargon, because it has to survive a sibling who reads code the way other people read sheet music. The result is a small body of work, slowly. Five plates, sequenced. Nothing ships before it's been operated.
We chose laboratory rather than studio or agency deliberately. A lab takes long jobs, runs experiments, and writes the runbook before it celebrates the result. The customers we want are the practical minds behind tomorrow — people who care more about throughput at p99 than about a logo on a deck.
